The portfolio holds silicon smelters, photovoltaic factories, mechanical workshops, laboratories and terminal buildings. Why it matters
An industrial building is a production tool before it is anything else. When the plan, the structure and the technical services are aligned with the process, capacity is used efficiently and downtime is avoided. When they are not, the operation carries the cost for the life of the building. We design for heavy loads, serviceable technical systems and development during operation as core requirements.

Industrial and research facilities across Norway, from silicon smelters and photovoltaic factories to mechanical workshops, laboratories and terminal buildings. Projects include greenfield plants, expansions of active operations, and facilities where research, energy, logistics and heavy production share one building. Recent buildings range from 1,500 to 8,000 square metres.
Standards & compliance
Industrial facilities are designed to the fire, working-environment and technical requirements that heavy production, cranes and hazardous processes demand. Load paths, escape routes, personnel zoning and technical rooms are built into the plan from the start. The building then meets its approvals without later rework.
