Sjøsiden at Brekstad consists of 56 apartments in four apartment buildings on 3-4 floors above the underground parking garage. The size of the apartments varies from approx. 30-120 m2. The project emphasizes floor plans with good living areas and spacious private balconies with good sunlight. The buildings are oriented in rows so that most of the apartments face south with an unobstructed view of the sea.
