New residential building at Fillan in Hitra municipality for Boligbyggelaget TOBB, as well as a preliminary project for the conversion of an existing office building at the same location into apartments. Together, the two parts are developing the site with mixed housing typologies, with emphasis on good floor plans, quality of daylight and adaptation to the local scale.
