Offices, workshops and laboratories for the Finnfjord smelter, in two phases.
Service building for the Finnfjord smelter in Senja municipality, comprising offices, locker rooms, workshops, social areas and laboratories. The project has been delivered in two phases: Phase 1 (2010-2012) established the original service building in a design-build contract with Barlindhaug AS, while Phase 2 (2021-2025) extends the facility with additional offices, social areas, workshops and laboratories. The building supports the day-to-day operation of the smelter and has been developed with a focus on working conditions, flexibility and connection to the existing plant structure.
