The building is a wet-process food production facility meeting strict hygienic design requirements, connected to the existing administration building through a new entrance section. Layout is compact, with short distances between key functions and a clear production flow. Work areas are well-lit with views to the surrounding coastal landscape. The facility includes production halls, canteen, workshop, CIP and support rooms, and cold machinery spaces, with a technical service ceiling above the production floor.
