Mleczarskie Wola
A dairy plant in the Wola district of Warsaw, Poland, built from 1974 to 1976 as a production and distribution centre for the capital region.
The dairy at ul. Redutowa in the Wola district was built in about 18 months. Technological start-up was on 1 November 1975, and the plant was in full production from 15 March 1976. The dairy technology came from the Norwegian company Landteknikk A/L.
Production, tanker reception, hygienic zones and technical installations were coordinated in one plant, with the building designed around the process equipment and the flow of goods. Milk was received from road tankers, stored in a row of silo tanks and filled into bottles and film pouches on separate lines.
