Lykkegården, Trondheim

Rooftop extension on the existing Lykkegården building in central Trondheim, providing a new restaurant and associated staff facilities. Developed for I.K. Lykke Eiendom, the project covers framework permit, dialogue with the city heritage authority, illustrations addressing protected-fabric considerations, and detailed design of the rooftop addition. The extension covers approx. 550-800 m² and combines a public-facing dining area with technical and back-of-house staff rooms.
