The project included the regulation of land for business and residential areas, and the detailed project of 1300 sq m business premises. The store room is a passive house with extensive use of woodwood, and it is used low carbon concrete, to reduce the climate footprint. There are solar cells on the roof and facade that test two different solar cell technologies. There are also drilled energy wells. Surplus heat available locally from the store is distributed to the 60 nearby apartments. The project received acclaimed reviews - Trondheim Municipality Energy Prize 2018
