New salmon processing facility with filleting line for SalMar Nord on Senja in Troms, approx. 17,000 m². The plant is a wet-process food production facility with stringent hygienic design requirements and comprises - in addition to production halls - chilled storage, freezing and frozen storage, and rooms for support functions including workshop, CIP/chemicals, refrigeration plant and parts storage. A technical mezzanine sits above production for service routing. The complex also includes a substantial administration wing for SalMar Nord with offices and a canteen for all employees. The site work covers parking, truck staging and quay facilities. An extension with additional production area and an office floor has been under development since 2024.
