New homes on a separate plot, in an area with older wooden buildings. Shared underground parking between new and existing residential units. The project wanted to add something new to the area so that the new and the old would be mutually enriching. To the south, east and north, the facades are clad in standing seam wood cladding, while the building opens up to the west with a facade of glass and sheet metal cladding.
