The project includes detailed regulation of combined commercial and residential areas. In order to adapt to the established detached houses, the project has worked with variation in facades and volumes. Emphasis has been placed on creating street life in connection with the store. The project is located at an intersection, which is quite fluid. The focus has therefore been on logistics and upgrading current traffic safety with goods delivery and turning areas on a separate plot, and keeping goods delivery separate from other traffic. The existing store will be upgraded to current standards.
