Staged extension delivered while the industrial park continued in full operation.

Stage 1 consisted of new service buildings with offices, changing rooms, workshops, social spaces and laboratories, completed in 2012.

Stage 2 extends the service building with additional offices, social spaces, workshops and laboratories - designed to integrate with the existing structure and its daily use.
